We strive to maintain Service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
While we guarantee refunds for compliant users who don't grow, we cannot guarantee specific follower counts or engagement rates. Results depend on content quality and consistency.
Our Service depends on third-party platforms (X/Twitter). We are not responsible for changes to their policies or service interruptions beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elivate Labs FZ-LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
